Our offerings encompass in-house design, décor, and rental solutions, alongside connections to trusted third-party vendors. Additionally, we provide a complete suite of services, including balloon styling, bar services, catering, and event management packages.  We also specialize in print items suitable for all types of events. Our dedicated event staff is committed to ensuring the success of your event across a variety of roles. We are the full-service, one-stop shop for all your event needs

No, we welcome events of all sizes and budgets! Whether you’re planning a small gathering or a large-scale event, we have tailored solutions to meet your needs. 


We have a team of experienced professionals who are committed to quality and customer satisfaction. We also work with reliable vendors and suppliers to ensure top-notch service.


Yes, we offer delivery, setup, and pickup services for your convenience. Please be aware that we have a minimum order requirement of $400 before taxes and delivery charges in order to qualify for these services. This policy helps us maintain the quality and efficiency of our delivery and setup processes. 


Yes, we can help set up your decor items! A DIY service fee will apply for the arrangement of your provided items with our reliable staff. Please note that this fee doesn’t cover floorplan setup or takedown services, which are available for an additional charge. If you have specific layout needs or need assistance with takedown after your event, feel free to reach out—we’re here to help! 


The pricing structure for our services varies depending on the type of event. We offer party products starting as low as $2, while also catering to multi-billion dollar clients. For a detailed quote, please reach out to us with your specific event requirements. 


We offer various payment options, including credit cards, cheques, EMT (Email Money Transfer), cash, and select payment merchants. If you have a preferred method, feel free to let us know! 


Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is designed to be flexible. If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please notify us as soon as possible.

  • Cancellations: Depending on the timing, a cancellation fee may apply. We typically require at least 2 months notice for a full refund of any deposits made.
  • Rescheduling: We will do our best to accommodate requests to reschedule your event. Please note that changes are subject to availability, and any difference in pricing may apply.
