Your Event Planning Inc.’s services were retained to acquire and hire professional talent to showcase the proud elements of the Caribbean Carnival Culture over the course of a 5 day event by the Black Employee Network of Amazon Toronto, Canada.    

We led the preparation and execution of the events, overseeing everything from concept development to assessment, ensuring cultural authenticity and brand alignment.

We showcased five entrepreneurs, including international DJs and popular business founders, while managing logistics for live segments streamed on Twitch and Chime to enhance accessibility and reach.

Our strong project management skills ensured efficient planning through detailed timelines and checklists. We coordinated check-ins and rehearsals, confirming that all technical elements and participants were ready. Additionally, we collaborated with Amazon PR for branding approvals and met deadlines for music mixes, props, and promotional materials.
