Collecting any final payments for vendors who require payment on the day of the event, to alleviate stress from the couple.

Guiding guests upon arrival, making sure they know where to go, and helping with seating arrangements if necessary.

 Coordination with photographers and videographers to capture key moments, including engagement shoots, ceremony, and reception highlights. 

Serving as the go-to person for family members and guests, to answer questions and manage any concerns, allowing the couple to enjoy their day without worry.

Managing the flow of the reception, including the timing of speeches, toasts, and dances, and ensuring that all planned activities occur as scheduled.

 Keeping the schedule on track throughout the day, ensuring each segment (ceremony, cocktail hour, reception) begins and ends as planned.

Being prepared to handle any unexpected issues or emergencies that may arise, ensuring that the wedding day remains as stress-free as possible.
